What services do you offer?
We offer recurring maid service (weekly, biweekly, or monthly), one-time deep cleaning, move-in/out cleaning, commercial cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and property management cleaning.
What areas do you serve?
ZDY Cleaning is based in Lincoln, CA and serves households and businesses throughout Placer County — including Granite Bay, Loomis, Rocklin, Roseville, and Auburn. Not sure if we cover your area? Give us a call at (916) 659-0213.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. Most clients aren't home. We follow secure key-handling procedures and will always confirm arrangements that work for you.
What's included in a deep clean?
A deep clean covers everything in a standard clean plus baseboards, inside cabinets and appliances, ceiling fans, window sills, and detailed bathroom and kitchen work. Ask for a full checklist when you request a quote.
How much does a cleaning cost?
Pricing depends on your home's size and service type. The fastest way to get an accurate number is to fill out our free quote form — it takes about two minutes.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No, we bring all of our own professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have a specific product you'd prefer us to use on a certain surface, just let us know and leave it out for us.
What if I have pets?
We love pets! Just let us know ahead of time if you have pets and any special instructions regarding them (e.g., keep the cat indoors, dog is in the crate).
How do I pay?
We keep a credit card on file securely and charge it only after the cleaning is completed. You don't need to worry about leaving cash or writing checks.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand that life happens. We ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee. This allows us to adjust our team's schedules.
